Specifically designed for the athlete running between 0 miles per week (with some previous running history) and 15-20 miles per week. This program is targeted towards building aerobic capacity and is specifically geared towards 2 and 5 mile performance. In most military schools, physical tests, and selections, you will generally need to run 2 or 5 miles, therefore this program is geared towards maximizing your performance at those distances and beyond.
