This plan is very similar to the Everyday Fitness (Beginner to Intermediate) Program, and is meant to be an additional resource, utilizing the same principals and training methodology to continue to improve your endurance, work capacity, and strength. This plan is designed for the athlete with a moderate cardiovascular and work capacity base and is designed to be used for a general preparation program for most military schools. With slight tweaks to support the direct goal it will be an 80% solution to be used as a train-up for most assessment courses.
