This 12 week plan is custom built for the intermediate athlete to improve your endurance, work capacity, and strength.
This plan is designed for the athlete with a moderate cardiovascular and work capacity base. Ideally, you’re running 3-4x per week or 1.5-4 hrs per week and lifting 2-3x per week prior to starting this plan. If you’re not, we recommend hopping on our Foundations of Fitness Program or dropping 1-2 days of the program for the first couple of weeks, then starting again at week 1 with the full program.
We've specifically designed this program for law enforcement, those with high op tempos, and parents looking to stay fit with 45-90 min per day.
