About Us

ATS is built from the experience and research of Ranger and Special Forces NCOs and Officers, Best Ranger Competition winners, Ranger School graduates, fathers, and individuals who are always pursuing excellence.

CEO / LEAD ENDURANCE COACH

Luke Ebeling

Luke served in 2-11 IBCT before being selected to The 75th Ranger Regimental HQ then 3d Ranger Battalion. His military accomplishments include Best Ranger Competition winner (2023), Ranger School, and RASP II.

Luke now works in tech and is an endurance athlete, having won and setting a course record for The Darby 40 Miler, completed a full Ironman in under 12 hrs with no train-up, and having won the Tommy Knocker 12-Hr and other races.

Luke puts a focus on creating intent and flexibility in his programming and believes that a solid cardiovascular foundation is critical to all successful military athletes.

Luke has a wife and two young boys.

President / HEAD STRENGTH COACH

Will Mack

Will Mack has spent over 10 years in US Special Forces with multiple deployments to the Middle East.  He is currently an instructor at JFKSWCS where they are generating the future leaders of the SF Regiment.

 With a career based in mission readiness, Will has varied his fitness needs over time.  He has finished the Chicago Marathon in under 4 hours, a trail- 50k under 5 hours, and the JFK 50 Miler in 9:45, all while maintaining a strength and conditioning protocol to achieve a 600 in every ACFT he has taken.  This is from years of volume and base building through proper programming and athletics.  He has a CrossFit Level 1 certification and vast background in team sports, playing both football and baseball in college. 

Outside of his professional pursuits, he values quality time with his Wife and two daughters and remains dedicated to helping others balance success in both their careers and personal lives.

ATS offers free coaching for three months for veterans transitioning out of the military. Let us help you transition your fitness, discipline, and health into the next chapter of your life. Only expectation is that you do your workouts.
